Responsible for communication with internal departments to follow through the entire merchandising process, from product development, sample approval, and new order processing.
Main clients are the most prestigious leader in cookware industry : WMF, Henckels, Cusinart, Alessi, Andy Mannhart.
– Communicate with customer for developing, costing, production, shipment.
– Prepare document, information, sample for all stages from sample developing until mass production and make sure to collect the correct information from customers before sending to other departments
– Develop samples & submit to buyers. Communicate closely with Sample room and Factory to ensure all development changes and submit sample to customer.
– Update information and sample status for customer
– Working closely with Costing department to evaluate the samples for cross-quote to determine the best price and the feasibility of target price of customer.
– Work with production to make sure good quality , quantity for on time shipment
– Get official order from customer & Issue order to related department
– Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution. Follow up/manage the orders to all the goods shipped out.
– Responsible for customer payment. Control all Invoice and Push customer to arrange payment on time.
– Resolve critical issues arising from merchandising and monitoring production status and order production to on – time shipment deadline of quality products and samples.
– Other works are assigned by Manager
