Main Responsibilities:
– Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
– Negotiate agreements and contracts
– Identify and grow opportunities to ensure growth volume/revenue of customers
– Communicates with the client about the client’s requests and needs and then works with the Leader/ Manager to make these requests and goals happen
– Make reports of sales monthly, quarterly
