JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inbound: Receive calls from customer to support information about: booking tickets, changing flight schedule…
  • Outbound: Confirm information and execute follow-up customers support policy in case of cancellations or delays. Inform changes in flight schedule.
  • Receive customers’ complaints and escalate to manager to solve the problem.

(***) This position is simply a channel of information to support customers, therefore, no sales target will be applied.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female aged from 20 to 30. No experience or physical appearance required.
  • High school graduates or above.
  • Have a good attitude, be interested in interacting with customers; willingto learn new things.

Clear voice, no lisp or heavy regional accents.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Salary range start at 5-7 mil VND+++/month (Vietnamse line), 6-8mil VND +++/month (English line).

WORKING HOURS:

  • Time: From 07:00 to 22:00/ 6 days a week/ 365 a year (1 day-off each week, in accordance to manager’s shift arrangement) and work shifts following:

+ Shift 1 : 07:00~15:00

+ Shift 2 : 08:00~16:00

+ Shift 3 : 09:00~17:00

+ Shift 4 : 10:00~18:00

+ Shift 5 : 12:00~20:00

+ Shift 6 : 14:00~22:00
