Business Development Executive (B2B) – Code: SE-FL

* Basic Salary from 1,000$ + Commission
* Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
* Company: GPO’s client is a big Logistic Multinational Corporation whichs had headquater in Ukraine and Russia, 11 offices and branches in the world. 

* Job description:

  • Be an active participant implementing Client Strategy
  • Deliver volume and targets while remaining focused on relationship building
  • Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary
  • Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations
  • Perform customer visits to keep in touch with the clients for a consistently well service and follow up on performance of assigned direct customers – for external sales
  • Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers
  • Develop new account of clients and discover new customer opportunities – for external sales
  • Generate business solutions and strategies to specific customer needs
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
  • Provide service support and claims resolution for extraordinary issues

* Job requirements:

  • University degree in a related area is advantage
  • At least 5 years of field sales experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics business is advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC from 650 or equivalent, Russian as optional)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding the needs of the business and of the customer
  • Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated
  • Willingness to be a team player
  • Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications
