Account Executive

Job Description

  • Lead in strategic planning and account management for public relations and marketing campaigns for clients
  • Lead and supervise the operation team to successfully manage projects that exceed client’s needs and expectations
  • Day to day manage of client’s inquiries and the operation team, with the commercially minded, to grow and develop the client business, adding value and creating effective PR campaign
  • Identify, build and maintain client and partner relations (65% foreign clients, 35% domestic clients)
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and provide consultants
  • Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; strong preference given to a candidate with agency experience
  • Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation and persuasion
  • Strong knowledge in PR, marketing and integrated marketing communication
  • Ability to provide solutions and recommendations
  • Ability to strategically plan a PR or IMC campaign
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
