    A Vietnamese Company which export building materials such as Portland cement, clinker, limestone, gypsum, engineered quartz surface, fly ash, fertilizer and agriculture products (mainly in fresh fruits: seedless limes, dragon fruits, passion fruits…)
    Job Descriptions:
    – Take care accounts on some B2B sites & social sites such as Alibaba, Tradekey, Ec21, Globalsource, Tradeford, export.sg…. Post products on B2B sites, reply customer inquiries.
    – Transact with customers to find out their demand. Deal with them on price, cargo, specification, packing, shipping, payment, delivery time, documents, certificates…. to make sure that shipment will be performed well.
    – Meet and discuss, take them to visit factory, introduce them to understand clearly about company products and services.
    – Conduct market research to reach potential customers, send offer and deal with them via phone call, sms, chat application, email…
    – Attend exhibitions, promotion workshops to find customers.
    – Check L/C and prepare export documents (invoice, PL, Contract, Draft BL…) to perform shipment.
    – Work with logistic agent to handle shipment: booking, control loading, follow and update shipment to ensure timely dispatch.
    – Take care payment until shipment fisnished.
    – Support customers all matters happened in working process, keep good relationship with them.
    Result: got customers from Cambodia, Australia, Malaysia, Dubai, Korea, USA, Taiwan, Singapore, Netherland
