MY SHORT TERM GOALS My short term goal is to seek ideal company where I have been working for a long time. So far, I can use the knowledge and strengths in that company. MY LONG TERM GOALS After being a value employee of a company, I want to become a great manager or higher. I would love managing, training and helping my staff to produce the best result.
