    Provide excellent customer service to company’s customers enquiries via email, online, phone or face to face and also be responsible for handling administration and finance duties. Manage information, created and received in compliance with the company’s information management standards and to ensure that all my tasks are in line with company’s guidelines and policies.
    Support service managers to communicate with customers and suppliers.
    Coordinate with suppliers and customers to receive and confirm the package tour plan in details. Also corporate with suppliers to ensure that all booking are running well.
    Ensure that all bookings are done through operational coordination. Follow up and ensure that all plan tour are run exactly. Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel plan Organizing travels from beginning to end, including ticket
